Data used

For program orders, we store contact details, package choice and questionnaire answers to process the contract. Stripe processes payment data. The recipe form stores first name, email, language, goal, consent time and source link to deliver the PDF. Marketing email requires separate consent.

Legal basis and retention

Contract data is processed under GDPR Article 6(1)(b), statutory retention under 6(1)(c), and recipe leads and optional analytics or ads under consent, 6(1)(a). Health related answers require explicit consent under Article 9(2)(a). We delete data when no longer needed unless statutory retention applies.

Providers and your rights

We use Sites/Cloudflare hosting, Stripe payments, Google Fonts, and Open Food Facts for barcode lookups. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel load only after consent and configuration. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and withdraw consent for the future. Contact us by email. You can complain to a supervisory authority and reopen cookie settings in the footer.
